Luke joined Cornelius Seed in the summer of 2017 and has served as District Sales Manager in northeast Iowa, where he has built strong relationships with Seed Reps and growers while helping grow the Cornelius Seed brand throughout the region.
With more than 20 years of experience in seed sales, Luke brings extensive industry knowledge, a strong understanding of the Iowa market and a proven commitment to the relationships that are at the heart of Cornelius Seed.
“Luke has been one of our key DSM leaders for a number of years. His experience in the industry and with the Cornelius team makes him a natural fit to move into the RSM role. Throughout his time with Cornelius Seed, Luke has been an active advocate for the company and the farmers it serves. In addition to his work in the field, he has shared his agronomic and sales experience as a guest on the Cornelius Seed Podcast, helping growers stay informed about what he is seeing across northeast Iowa.
In his new role, Luke will work with Cornelius Seed’s Iowa District Sales Managers and Seed Reps to strengthen relationships, support sales growth and continue expanding the company’s presence across the state.

Luke lives outside of Hawkeye, Iowa, with his wife, Rachele, and their three sons, Wyatt, Morgan and Elliott. Away from work, the Davis family stays busy following the boys’ activities and cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones.
Luke’s promotion reflects Cornelius Seed’s continued investment in its sales team and commitment to providing strong, experienced leadership for its Seed Reps and customers across Iowa.
